Carlisle Brass Fire and Smoke Door Seal 2.1m x 10mm x 4mm - White

The Carlisle Brass Fire Door Seal is designed to close the gap between the fire door and frame in the event of a fire, preventing further spread of hot gases and smoke. After installation, the seals lay dormant until activated when exposed to rising temperatures in an active fire situation. Intercalated graphite is held within the core which expands 10-15 times its size, sealing the gap and holding the fire door in place. Suitable for all domestic, commercial and industrial use.
