Our Sleaford Kitchens & Bathrooms designer had the pleasure of designing four en suites and a cloakroom for a spacious stone-built home on a prestigious new development.
MULTIPLE LUXURY BATHROOMS FOR OAKHAM FAMILY HOME
Four contemporary en suites and a cloakroom
The overall look throughout is sleek, elegant and timeless. The designer chose high quality contemporary cabinet and sanitary ware with fitted and modular options to suit each location.
EN SUITE ONE: MINIMALIST WET ROOM
This generous en suite for the main bedroom has the wow factor – its large format natural stone tiles, minimalist handleless units and frameless shower enclosure say contemporary luxury.
Flared basins make a statement
Flared Crosswater Alice basins have been used to create a focal point. Sitting countertop and paired with wall-mounted taps, they make an elegant statement.
All bathrooms in this project featured wall-hung toilets from the Duravit range ME by Philippe Starck. It’s a very modern and timeless design with exceptional performance, efficiency and hygiene.
Heated mirrors – the essential bathroom accessory
Large HiB Spectre and Vega mirrors with integrated technology and steam-free design features bring essential convenience as well as style.
EN SUITE TWO: NATURAL WOOD AND STONE
Natural wood finishes and creamy porcelain tiles soften and warm this contemporary space. A powerful high spec digital shower system has an LED display to indicate when selected temperature has been reached and the shower is ready for use.
EN SUITE THREE: THE RIGHT SHOWER ENCLOSURE
A walk-in wet room wasn’t a practical option for this smaller en suite. By extending the enclosure across the entire width of the bathroom, a spacious shower suitable for a dual head power shower has been created. The choice of 10mm glass on smooth rollers and circular plate handle delivers style and luxury.
EN SUITE FOUR: PERFECT VANITY UNIT FOR A SMALL BATHROOM
Here’s an en suite with a decent sized vanity unit! The choice of a double drawer vanity unit with rounded corners is perfect – plenty of storage and a design which makes a compact space more user-friendly. This wall-hung design increases the sense of floor area and its single mixer tap frees up room around the basin for essentials. Result!
GYM ROOM: FREESTANDING BATH FOR SMALL BATHROOM
Freestanding baths come in all sizes – this design is a very contemporary take, sitting flush to the floor. It has a simple pleasing curve and delivers all the luxury required in the brief.
The bathroom is a tricky shape – long and with sloping eaves – and so the designer has angled this spacious 1700mm tub and tucked the stylish ‘hydrant style’ floor standing bath shower mixer in the corner.
Modern Bathroom Vanity Units
Deuco is a high quality bathroom cabinet range. Their contemporary gloss paint and wood look finishes are subtle and luxurious. They are matched with light-reflecting Crystal worktops for a classic marble finish.
