freestanding bath takes centre stage
Our Sleaford Bathrooms designers quickly established that our client wanted a bathroom with both modern comforts and traditional charm. She loves the elegance of a freestanding bathtub and now has one centre stage in her new bathroom.
This double-ended roll top boat design is supremely comfortable. To continue a period Edwardian look, it has been paired with a cranked bath mixer tap with white ceramic insets and crosshead handles.
A generous double bathroom basin with sleek single spout mixer taps has a ceramic upstand surround and two console legs. This has period looks and yet is a very practical and economic use of space.
True to the brief for contemporary comfort, the design also incorporates a sleek luxury Merlyn Series 8 shower wall with swivel panel to aid movement flow in the space.
Classic white marble effect wall tiles with a gloss finish complement traditional ceramic ware beautifully.
The choice of individual floor-standing oak finish bathroom cabinets with brass handles continues the substantial period look as does the classic white WC in the same Heritage range.
Wood effect vinyl flooring is both warm and practical. It’s a very contemporary solution to ensure this traditional bathroom is extremely comfortable.
